SIMFEROPOL, Nov. 1 Head of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov believes that with the appearance of new territories in the Russian Federation, it is necessary to develop a concept for the development of a new Russian world.
«With the advent of new territories in the Russian Federation, we need a concept for the development of a new Russian world,» said Konstantinov.
According to him, in concepts, serious guidelines for the further formation of the new Russian world should be spelled out, including development standards, the image of the future, ideology and a system of values.
«The time when we tried to become part of the West is in the past for us. The Russian world has its own special path, and its borders are just beginning to take shape,» the head of parliament said.
