The Tagilstroevsky District Court of Nizhny Tagil ruled to release on parole two policemen convicted in the case of the death of an employee of the Ministry of Agriculture of North Ossetia, Vladimir Tskaev, after torture. This is reported by the human rights project «Axioma».
