MOSCOW, Nov. 8 The Americans and the British tried to disrupt the inter-party conference with the participation of African countries on the site of United Russia, however, the party conducts constant confidential meetings with African partners, said Andrey Klimov, deputy head of the United Russia commission on international cooperation.
«Even when we were preparing this conference. All this was in full volume. What do you think, the Americans and the British did not try to disrupt all this? They tried, of course. But we and our partners have constant confidential meetings, conversations, exchange opinions,» Klimov said following an inter-party conference held on Tuesday with the participation of African countries. He also clarified that colleagues from African countries expect that the Russia-Africa summit will add a separate party format in addition to the political and economic «dimension».
«We are now thinking about the design of this party format. And I hope we have all this will work out,» Klimov added.
