WASHINGTON, Nov 9 Former US President Donald Trump admitted that the previous congressional election was «kind of disappointing» but still called it his «very big victory.» of the National Legislature.
«While yesterday's election was somewhat disappointing in some ways, from my personal point of view, it was a very big victory,» he wrote on his own social network Truth Social.
According to CNN's reckoning , Republicans so far get 203 of the 218 seats needed for a majority in the House of Representatives and 49 seats in the Senate, where they need 51 delegates. Democrats now have 187 seats in the House of Representatives and 48 in the Senate. The counting of votes continues.
