DONETSK, Nov 10 Acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin announced a change in the structure of the government of the DPR and the introduction of additional positions of deputy prime ministers with appropriate powers.
«A decision was made to change the structure of the government and allocate persons responsible for various sectors that are key to the development of the economy of the Donetsk People's Republic. In fact , we will have an additional number of deputy prime ministers with full decision-making capabilities,» Pushilin said in a video message on his Telegram channel.
Pushilin explained this step by officials' complaints about the lack of authority to make the necessary decisions on the ground, than they justified the lack of necessary results.
«In fact, we exclude the possibility of these excuses and inaction. The demand from these persons will already be absolutely justified and absolutely limited he added.
Pushilin recalled the Leaders of the Renaissance personnel competition, within which personnel reserves have already been prepared and threatened to dismiss unscrupulous officials.
«Those negligent officials who do not hear citizens who send various offices, hiding behind various pieces of paper, (on them -ed.) appropriate decisions will be made, up to dismissal with a «wolf ticket,» Pushilin said. Fifty winners of the competition will receive grants for management education of one million rubles, which can be spent on education at leading Russian universities. Also, the winners of the competition will be included in the personnel reserve, from which, following the results of training, they will be appointed to senior positions in the regional administration system.
