“I received signals from the leaders of states who say: it seems to us that Putin wants direct negotiations. And I said: we will offer a public format”, – Zelensky said on Wednesday during a conversation with reporters broadcast on the air of the united Ukrainian telethon.
Zelensky stressed that he does not want negotiations to take place “behind the scenes.”
