MOSCOW, Nov 17 Russian leader's press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Ukrainian counterparts have «seven Fridays in a week» — sometimes they negotiate, sometimes they refuse them, sometimes they want public ones.
«Indeed, Ukrainian counterparts have seven Fridays a week. Sometimes they negotiate, sometimes they refuse from negotiations, then they actually adopt a law that prohibits any kind of negotiations, then they say they want negotiations, but public ones,» Peskov said, answering the question whether climatic conditions could affect Ukraine's predisposition to negotiations.
Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky announced «signals» that the Russian Federation is ready for negotiations and proposed a public format.
