Oksana Martirosova reportedly arrived in Scotland with her seven-year-old daughter Lisa in September 2022. According to the publication, the girl needed to urgently remove a tooth under general anesthesia, but the woman was told that she would have to wait about four months before the child could undergo treatment. Instead, the family was advised to give the girl pain medication and antibiotics.

As reported, in early March, mother and daughter left for their homeland. After successful treatment, the family returned to Scotland on 15 March.
