American actress Raquel Welch has died at the age of 83.
After appearing in a buckskin bikini in the film One Million Years B.C., she was dubbed the Hollywood sex symbol of the 70s.

Born in 1940 in Chicago in the family of a Bolivian and an Englishwoman, Jo-Raquel Tejada, after marriage, she took the surname Welch and went under it to conquer Hollywood in the 1960s.
