At the singer Monetochka (Elizaveta Gyrdymova), a protocol was drawn up under the article on violation of the procedure for the activities of a “foreign agent” due to the lack of marking in publications (part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Mediazona drew attention to the card of the administrative case on the website of the Basmanny Court of Moscow.
The Ministry of Justice entered the performer in the register of «foreign agents» at the end of January this year. The department explained this decision by the fact that Monetochka «was raising funds in support of an unfriendly country — Ukraine» and «spoke out against a special military operation.»
Gyrdymova, after the start of the war in Ukraine, opposed the invasion and left Russia. Together with Noize MC, she held several charity concerts.
