Tsybaneva is accused of desecrating burial places for reasons of political hatred or enmity (paragraph «b» of part 2 of article 244 of the Criminal Code).

You raised a freak and a murderer.» On October 6, 2022, she was found by a cemetery guard at the grave of Putin's parents.
Already on October 12, the court sent Tsybaneva under house arrest, and soon her preventive measure was changed to prohibit certain actions, although the investigation initially demanded that the pensioner be sent to a pre-trial detention center.
