KRASNODAR, June 19 Investigators opened a criminal case after a trampoline overturned on the territory of a recreation center in the Dinskoy district of the Krasnodar Territory, due to which the boy was injured, the regional Head Office of the Investigative Committee.
As reported earlier in the regional prosecutor's office, the incident occurred on Sunday at the recreation center «Andreevsky Park» in the village of Dinskaya. According to investigators, the child and his mother entered the children's play area. There were four inflatable trampolines, which then overturned along with the boy. He was injured and was urgently hospitalized. At present, there is no threat to his life and health.
«The head of the regional department, Andrey Konstantinovich Maslov, instructed the investigators to open a criminal case on the fact of providing services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers (Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation),» the message says.
