MOSCOW, June 19Tinkoff applications are malfunctioning: money cannot be withdrawn from a brokerage account, and attempts to transfer funds from one account to another or from an account in another bank are unsuccessful, the correspondent was convinced.
«Errors may occur in the application. We are repairing,» the notification that pops up when entering the bank's mobile application says.
So, it is not possible to transfer funds from one bank account to another. «For technical reasons, the service is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience,» the message says in a pop-up window in the bank's mobile application.
In addition, the correspondent failed to transfer money from another bank to the Tinkoff card: the funds were debited, but did not appear at the destination. And when you try to withdraw money from the brokerage account in Tinkoff Investments to the bank card account, the message «The operation is not possible. Try again later» appears.
«Tinkoff Bank» confirmed that some customers have problems performing some operations in the application, and clarified that they are working on troubleshooting.
«A small part of customers may experience problems with some operations in the mobile application , we are now working to eliminate them as soon as possible,» the press service said.
The last time the Tinkoff Bank mobile application failed was in early June.
