UN Jun 30 West amid support Kiev is deliberately provoking a direct clash between the nuclear powers, said Vasily Nebenzya, permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the organization, at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
«In a militaristic frenzy and finally losing touch with reality, the West is deliberately provoking a direct clash between nuclear powers,» Nebenzya said.
