MOSCOW, July 1 Russian Daniil Medvedev called before the start of Wimbledon Serbian Novak Djokovic the greatest player in the history of tennis.
In June, Djokovic won a record-breaking 23rd Grand Slam title with his third win at the French Open. If the Serbian wins Wimbledon, he will be equal to the Swiss Roger Federer in terms of the number of victories in this tournament (8).

Wimbledon kicks off July 3, Djokovic is the current winner of the tournament. In the first round, the Serb (2nd seed) will meet with the Argentinean Pedro Kachin, Medvedev (3rd) will face Briton Arthur Feri.
