KAZAN, July 9 Investigators opened a criminal case on murder and attempted murder after a brawl between visitors and the seller of a Kazan cafe, as a result of which one person died, two were hospitalized, according to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee for Tatarstan in the Telegram channel.
“According to investigators, on the night of July 6-7, in the premises of one of the cafes located on Khusain Mavlyutov Street in the city of Kazan, there was a quarrel between three customers and the seller of the establishment. — a year-old native of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who picked up a piercing and cutting object, presumably a knife, and struck them several times,» the report says.
As a result of the blows, one young man died on the spot, two others were hospitalized.
According to this fact, criminal cases were initiated under the articles «murder» and «attempted murder». The suspect was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and fully admitted his guilt.
