
MOSCOW, 17 Jul. Rapper Morgenstern* (Alisher Morgenstern) has filed a lawsuit with a request to reconsider the court decision on the fine for not marking a foreign agent, follows from the files of the Savelovsky District Court.
The lawsuit of the musician was accepted on July 14. The date of the upcoming meeting has not yet been announced.
In May, an administrative violation report was drawn up against the performer for not marking a foreign agent on his pages on social networks.
A month later, the Savelovsky Court of Moscow fined the rapper 40,000 rubles.
After the start of the special operation, Morgenstern* condemned it and flew abroad. Last spring, he was included in the list of individuals-foreign agents. Israel and Ukraine were named as sources of funding for the contractor.
