People's Artist of the Russian Federation, founder and artistic director of the School of Watercolors, rector of the Academy of Watercolors and Fine Arts Sergei Andriyaka was born on July 14, 1958 in Moscow. Andriyaka's paintings adorn the first building of the Kremlin, where the head of state works. On the walls are also placed the work of his students. In total — more than 200 paintings.
