Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Mat Vienko during a press conference said that after the termination of the grain deal, Russia will fulfill its obligations.
She clarified that the Russian Federation will supply fertilizers and grain to African countries both free of charge and on a commercial basis.
“The Russian Federation will fulfill its obligations. We have all the necessary tools and capabilities for this. We will supply fertilizers and grain to African countries that need these supplies,” Matviyenko said.
