SOCHI, Sep 4 Press Secretary of the President Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that during the Russian-Turkish talks in Sochi, the defense ministers of the two countries talked separately.
“Yes, they talked separately,” Peskov said in response to a corresponding question from journalists. He also said that the issue of the exchange of prisoners of war at the talks in Sochi was not discussed, since “this is a rather sensitive topic”, and in such formats it is not discussed – there are authorized departments for this.
He noted that during the negotiations there were “extremely specific reports,” they spoke about problems and achievements.
“The clock was synchronized very well. The mood is businesslike, the mood is absolutely concrete … Both the heads of the Central Banks and the Ministry of Finance, they sat and talked closely,” Peskov added.< br>
He also said that the renewal of the Turkish Cabinet of Ministers did not affect the agenda of bilateral relations between Russia and Turkey.
“Usually this does not affect, because, as a rule, the teams still ensure the continuity of each other,” Peskov said .
