MOSCOW, September 5 “Scientific Spetsnaz” has already appeared in 74 Russian regions – these are heads of scientific and technological development in the rank of deputy heads of subjects, said vice- Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

“We have digital special forces, scientific special forces have recently appeared – these are heads of scientific and technological development in the rank of deputy heads of regions, and in 74 regions such deputies have already been identified,” Chernyshenko said at the plenary session Forum of Social Innovations of the Regions.
He recalled that such a “special forces” will develop innovations in the social sphere, intellectual property issues in the regions.
In August 2022, Chernyshenko announced that the institute of deputy heads for scientific and technological development – “scientific special forces” – would appear in Russia by December, the initiative was supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
