Rapper Loqiemean (Roman Khudyakov) said in a telegram that he served five days of administrative arrest, and then apologized for “wanting harm to his army.”
“I spent time in prison. More precisely, he spent five days in a detention center under arrest,” he wrote. – On this occasion, my opinion about the claim regarding the pots should be consolidated. I was wrong: I should not wish harm to my army, because the army is inseparable from the people. And I am an inseparable part of this people.”
As Mediazona discovered, the rapper was sentenced to five days of arrest on August 18 by the Ostankino District Court of Moscow due to the fact that a few days before, on August 15, he posted on Instagram stories with the flag of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. A protocol was drawn up against him for distributing symbols of an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code).
In September, the musician posted on Instagram footage of him leaving special detention center No. 2 in Mnevniki, where he is serving administrative arrests.

In May, Loqiemean, who opposed the war with Ukraine, canceled his tour of Russia after the leader of the “Male State” movement Vladislav Pozdnyakov and blogger Stas Vasiliev (Stas Ai Kak Prosto) began harassing him. They called the rapper a “Russophobe” and also accused him of donating to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and “escaping to Kazakhstan” after the war. Following them, the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, complained about the musician to the Prosecutor General's Office.
Khudyakov denied the claims. “I have always wanted to live in Russia and develop in it what I know and can, because I love my Motherland, although I do not always agree with the state,” he responded to insults.
