ST. PETERSBURG, September 25, Dmitry Edigarev. Behavior Lokomotiv striker Artem Dzyuba in relation to Zenit head coach Sergei Semak speaks of the footballer’s lack of culture, said former Spartak owner Andrei Chervichenko.
On Sunday, Lokomotiv defeated St. Petersburg Zenit on the road in a Russian championship match with a score of 2:1. After the meeting ended, Dzyuba told reporters that he did not know who Semak was.
“»Maybe Artem Dzyuba is a fool, or maybe he is one. His behavior speaks of a lack of culture and that the person has not fully grown. In terms of years and texture, he has grown, but the level of thinking has remained the same fifteen-year-old. This is not the first time that Dzyuba speaks like this about a coach. He had stories with Valery Karpin and Unai Emery. This suggests that Dzyuba is a narrow-minded person,” said Chervichenko.
Dziuba played for Zenit from 2015 to 2022. Semak has been heading the St. Petersburg club since 2018.
