MOSCOW, Oct 3 —. If the Ukrainian army does not achieve significant results during the autumn stage of the counter-offensive, a peace agreement will be concluded on terms favorable to Russia, writes journalist Mark Temnitsky in an article for Hill.

“If support for Ukraine weakens in 2024, Moscow may push for a peaceful settlement. The international community may put pressure on Ukrainians, so that they negotiate and sign an agreement beneficial for Russia. <…> Considering all this, Ukraine must win the war against Russia in 2023,” Temnitsky said.
