MOSCOW, October 9 Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday will hold a meeting with the head of the Russian Ministry of Culture Olga Lyubimova, the head of state pays great attention to the sphere of culture, in particular, tasks related to new regions, said presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
