BISHKEK, October 12 Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated on the 20th anniversary of the creation of the Russian military base «Kant» in Kyrgyzstan.
Presidents of the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan Vladimir Putin and Sadyr Japarov took part in a gala event marking the 20th anniversary of the Russian Kant air base in Kyrgyzstan.
«Dear comrades, I congratulate you on the 20th anniversary of the creation of the Russian joint military base on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. Good luck,» Putin said during the ceremony.
