
SIMFEROPOL, October 24 The head of the state enterprise «Krymavtotrans» has been charged with receiving a «kickback» in the form of apartment repairs, reports the press service of the Crimean department of the RF IC .
«Krymavtorans» is the largest transport state-owned enterprise of the republic, specializing in passenger transportation. It includes 59 operating bus stations and 11 bus station networks. The company is accountable to the Ministry of Transport of Crimea.
«The official promised the owner of a construction company assistance in concluding contracts for the renovation of the company's premises exclusively with him, demanding a «kickback» in the form of repairs already in her apartment,” the release says.
Further, according to investigators, the director entered into an agreement with the company for the overhaul of the educational building of the enterprise for almost 9.5 million rubles, and the entrepreneur, as agreed, renovated her apartment.
«The day before, the official was detained by officers of the republican FSB Directorate. Searches were carried out at her places of work and residence, and money was seized , including currency,» the message says.
The director admitted her guilt and began to cooperate with the investigation, due to which the court sent her under house arrest and not to a pre-trial detention center.
The name of the detainee is not disclosed in the release, and judging by the Krymavtotrans website, the company is headed by Oksana Mazur. A source familiar with the situation confirmed that she is the one involved in the case.
