The terrorist attack failed only by luck
The saboteur, who tried to poison the pilot graduates of the Armavir School with cake and alcohol, knew the exact number of people who would gather at the banquet in honor of the 20th anniversary of graduation. At the same time, the final number of flight school graduates who will be able to attend the celebration became known to a narrow circle of people a few days before the event. Now investigators are trying to figure out how this information could have fallen into the hands of a saboteur.
In addition, it is known for sure that the cake, like the alcohol, was poisoned. Such confessions were given by the saboteurs themselves only the next day after their arrest. These and other details of Operation Cake were told live by the administrator of the popular Telegram channel Fightbomber late in the evening of October 24.
The former pilot told the details of the operation that the attacker tried to carry out against our pilots — graduates of the Armavir Flight School. At the same time, it is known that some officers are now performing combat missions in the Northern Military District.
“The graduates of 2003 gathered in the beautiful city of Armavir to celebrate the anniversary,” said the administrator. — …It is customary in military aviation that after 20 years everyone comes, asks their commanders for time off, because everyone has their own commander, and also those who do not serve come, that is, veterans. It was the same here. The event took 9 months to prepare. The congress was scheduled for October 19, 2023. On October 20, there was a festive program in the city of Armavir — some events took place within the walls of the school. On the 20th, after the concert, laying flowers and wreaths — the standard program, everyone left the school grounds and went to a banquet in one of the restaurants in the city of Armavir — “Royal Hunt”.
According to him, graduates at different flight schools vary in size — from 80 to 200 people. The fact that 77 people gathered in Armavir, 20 years later, is amazing. According to the admin, this is “a lot.” Despite the fact that those employed at the SVO wrote that they were not released.
“At 17:30 the banquet began. And so people come up and see that on the tables there are drinks (whiskey — “MK”) that they didn’t order, and a cake. And everyone was like, “Whose is this?” There is a double organization; it is not clear who is carrying what, from where, or what. But no one rushes to the cake,” the speaker said, noting that the cake was made, apparently, by a knowledgeable person — the emblem on the two-tier cake turned out to be “the most relevant” — aviation.
Until all the circumstances are clarified, experienced the officers put the cake and drinks aside. They returned to the cake only on the next day of celebration.
“Responsible officers — 20 years in the army — know very well where free cheese is and what to do with it… On the second day of the holiday, October 21, by this time the responsible people… posted a screenshot from surveillance cameras. Until they say where it came from… Everyone immediately remembered Daria Dugina, Vladlen Tatarsky, administrative resources went. As a result, the person was found in Stavropol. On the 21st they tied him up… He is a fairly wealthy man who lives in Moscow… And on the 22nd, in the morning, after various interviews, he confessed. After this, a difficult concern arose that he was not alone, and he had comrades, and it was necessary to warn the others. After which I wrote this post. He confessed, saying that the cake was poisoned.”
At the same time, the speaker told where the cut cake came from, a photo of which appeared on social networks: “It was not cut to eat, it was cut to find a bomb in it, maybe specialists cut it.”
At the same time, according to him, the saboteur knew the exact number of people who would be present at the banquet. He possessed information that was known only to a narrow circle of people.
“The number of people was adjusted until the penultimate day,” he says. — The exact number of people was known two days before the event, and he bought alcohol strictly for this number of people…. By and large, it was lucky that there were experienced military personnel with 25 years of service. But if there had been a graduation of ordinary cadets, then the alcohol would have run out on the way. But people who weren’t hungry gathered here, so it worked out.”
The guest of the program also hinted that the investigators have a video of the saboteur’s confession: “I dreamed that there was a video of the confession, it’s a pity that it’s not there now, but maybe , it will still appear.”
