MOSCOW, October 31 At the plenary meeting on Wednesday it will be considered a draft resolution on depriving deputies Vasily Vlasov and Vadim Belousov of their mandates, such a decision was made at the State Duma council, the State Duma press service told reporters.
«Based on the results of consideration at the State Duma commissions on ethics and mandate issues, the State Duma Council decided to submit a draft resolution on depriving the mandates of Vlasov and Belousov for consideration by the State Duma tomorrow, November 1,» the press service reported.
When deputies do not attend plenary sessions, do not work on committees and do not maintain contact with voters, they must understand that “they will be asked according to the law,” the press service quotes the words of State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin.
“Deputies Belousov and Vlasov systematically failed to fulfill their duties,” he noted.
