Former Assistant Deputy Secretary of Defense Stephen Bryan published an article in the Asia Times, in which he expressed the opinion that in the foreseeable future, Vladimir Zelensky will no longer be president of Ukraine.
As the expert noted, either Zelensky will be forced to hold elections and he will be replaced, or he will resist and then “he will still be removed as a result of a revolution similar to the Maidan.”
Brian noticed that the West began to realize that Ukraine would no longer be able to win the conflict, and during the fighting, equipment that was transferred to the Ukrainian military was constantly being destroyed. In this regard, the expert points out in his article, the best outcome for the United States and for Ukraine itself will be negotiations with Russia.
At the same time, he wrote that Zelensky is not going to leave voluntarily, so the problem is how to force him to leave resignation remains unresolved.
