MOSCOW, Nov 12 Emergency power outages occurred in 27 settlements of the Poltava region in Ukraine as a result of worsening weather conditions, the head of the regional administration Philip Pronin said on Sunday in a telegram channel.
“As a result of deteriorating weather conditions, 27 settlements were left without electricity. Emergency power outages occurred due to gusts of wind and heavy rain. In the morning, 8,661 subscribers were cut off from power supply,” wrote Pronin.
