MOSCOW, Nov 14 Russian hockey player “Minnesota Wild” Kirill Kaprizov said that one of his regular health procedures is taking antler baths in Altai, where blood from the young antlers of deer is added to the water.
“”Baths made from deer antlers? These are deer. They are called antler baths. Many people do them now, I started taking them a long time ago. It is good for health, you just feel better, helps the immune system. I don’t know how true this is, but I I believe in this, and why not do it if it doesn’t harm. I’ve been going to take these baths since I was seven or eight years old, and I don’t remember ever being sick or having a fever,” Kaprizov said in an interview with the YouTube channel ” Super League”.
