ST. PETERSBURG, November 17.Vulgar globalization and cultural expansion increase the potential for conflict, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Vulgar globalization and , I will add, cultural expansion would result in pressure and impoverishment of cultures, multiplying the conflict potential many times over,” Putin said at the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum.
