MOSCOW, Nov 28. Russia is at the forefront creating a just world order, Vladimir Putin said during a speech at the World Russian People's Council.
“
"We openly say that the dictatorship of one hegemon — we see it, everyone sees it now — is becoming decrepit. She has become, as they say, a peddler and is simply dangerous to those around her. This is already clear to the entire world majority. But I repeat: it is our country that is now at the forefront of the formation of a more equitable world order,” the president noted.
The head of state emphasized that without a sovereign and strong Russia, a lasting world order is impossible.
“It is ours the country, the Russian world, as has happened more than once in history, have blocked the path of those who claim world domination, their “exclusivity,” Putin added.
Vladimir Putin has repeatedly criticized the “world order based on on the rules,» calling it nonsense. According to him, no one has seen or written these rules, which gives adherents of such a colonial approach the opportunity to invent them from time to time for their own benefit.
The Russian leader emphasized that a multipolar the world order is strengthening and this is an inevitable process, since the inherently ugly neo-colonial world system has ceased to exist.
At the same time, the head of state pointed out the need to create a new world order, which will be based on the principles of economic openness, justice for all, collective decisions and consideration of interests all states.
