MOSCOW, December 4 Russia holds an independent and principled foreign policy, does not accept bloc confrontation and is open to cooperation with everyone, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“»As for Russia, we have pursued and are pursuing an independent, consistent and principled foreign policy course. We are open to constructive partnership with everyone without exceptions by countries and do not accept bloc confrontation or any steps that run counter to the UN Charter,” Putin said at the ceremony of presenting his credentials in the Kremlin.
