MOSCOW, December 6 A criminal case on terrorism, illegal trafficking and production of explosives was opened after a car explosion in Lugansk, in which ex-deputy of the People's Council of the LPR Oleg Popov was killed, the press service of the RF Investigative Committee reported.
«A criminal case was opened on the grounds of a crime , provided for in paragraph «b» of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act), Part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal acquisition, transfer, storage, transportation, transfer or carrying of explosives or explosive devices), Part 1 of Article 223.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ( illegal production of explosives),» the release says.
