VLADIVOSTOK, December 11 City administration specialists went to the site of the collapse of part of a building onto the road on Gogol Street in Vladivostok, a representative of the mayor’s office said.
Videos shot with a car recorder went viral on social networks. They show that the building standing by the road is being dismantled. Part of the structure collapses onto the pedestrian path. A passing car nearby manages to dodge the wreckage.
«Specialists from the administrative-territorial department of the Leninsky district went to the site to clarify the circumstances of the incident. Preliminarily, it is planned to contact the regulatory authorities to assess compliance with the safety requirements of the work,» he said agency interlocutor.
He added that the consequences of the emergency are being eliminated at the site, there is no information about casualties.
Previously, this building housed a cafe.
