The Stupino City Court of the Moscow Region registered the materials of the administrative case against blogger and femme activist Nika Vodwood (Nixel Pixel). Mediazona drew attention to the case file.
The activist is accused of not being labeled as a “foreign agent” in her publications (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). The materials were received by the court on December 11; a hearing in the case has not yet been scheduled.
It is unknown which specific publications became the reason for bringing to administrative responsibility. According to Mediazona, this is the first protocol against a femme activist under the article of violating the procedure for the activities of a “foreign agent.”

The Ministry of Justice recognized Vodwood as a “foreign agent” on March 10. As the department clarified then, the reason for being included in the register was that the blogger spoke out against the war in Ukraine, was engaged in “propaganda of LGBT relations” and “discredited the ideas of serving the Fatherland.”
On that day, along with her on the Ministry of Justice list were economist Sergei Guriev, ex-State Duma deputy Gennady Gudkov, former head of Yandex News Lev Gershenzon, journalist Daniil Gubarev, the Wildlife Fund and the Svobodnaya Foundation Buryatia.»
