SARATOV, December 12 Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate in Engels, a satellite city of Saratov, are identifying the car that hit and killed an elderly woman and fled, the regional traffic police department reported .
The accident occurred at 17.35 (16.35 Moscow time) in front of house 18/1 on Ovrazhnaya Street.
