He is suspected that in 2022, during the execution of a contract for laying an external cold water supply pipeline in the village of Esso, he artificially inflated the volume of work performed and used materials not provided for in the design documentation and local estimate calculations. At his direction, inaccurate information about the estimated cost of work was included in the executive documents, which allowed the municipal unitary enterprise to receive an inflated payment under the contract in the amount of over 1.36 million rubles.
«The laying of an external cold water supply pipeline was carried out as part of the construction of the infrastructure of a dairy farm in the village of Esso. The work was financed by subsidies from the budget of the Bystrinsky district. Thus, the suspect committed the theft of budget funds in the amount of over 960 thousand rubles The actual cost of the work performed by the enterprise amounted to about 400 thousand rubles,” the FSB said in a statement.
The FSB inspection materials were transferred to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee for the Kamchatka Territory, where a criminal case has already been opened under Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Fraud».
