TOKYO, December 20 Japan in November 2023, compared to the same month last year, reduced exports of cars to Russia by 44.9%, products from plastics by 80.3%, iron and steel products by 89.7%, paper and paper products by 56.9%, according to the Japanese Ministry of Finance.
Exports of buses and trucks decreased by 99.9%, audio and video equipment — by 16.7%.
At the same time, exports of medical products to Russia increased by 52.6%.
Total exports to Russia amounted to 22.232 billion yen ($153.32 million), which is 60.9% less than the same month last year.
