< br />MOSCOW, December 24Ukrainian troops shelled the village of Zernovo, Suzemsky district, Bryansk region, a civilian was wounded there, Governor Alexander Bogomaz reported on the Telegram channel.

“Under fire from Ukrainian terrorists, the village of Zernovo, Suzemsky district. According to preliminary information, more than 30 shells were fired at civilian targets,” he wrote.
According to Bogomaz, the fire came from a mortar and a tank gun.
«A local resident was wounded. Currently, he has received all the necessary medical care. The outbuilding was partially destroyed, and the power supply was disrupted,» the governor added.
He noted that emergency and operational services are working on site, and teams of energy workers are carrying out restoration work.
Suzemsky district is located on the border of the Bryansk region with the Sumy region of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the special military operation, it has been constantly under fire.
