BANGUI, December 23 News. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Central African Republic (CAR), Sylvie Baypo-Temon, said in an interview that Bangui is holding discussions with the Russian side regarding the supply of Russian oil products to the CAR.
«Discussions with the Russian Federation are ongoing. I cannot afford to go into details… I have not followed this issue closely, but I know that all the sectors concerned have approached a certain number of partners in order to be able to meet the needs of the CARs,» — the minister said, answering the question whether Russia and the Central African Republic agreed on the supply of Russian petroleum products to the Central African Republic.
However, she did not name the volume of petroleum products that Bangui needs.
