In addition to oil companies, the top 3 also included Alfa-Bank and Yandex, which became leaders in their industries — finance and IT. In total, applicants rated 2,266 companies that are actively developing their employer brand and using advanced HR programs.
“We effectively cooperate with universities, support young professionals and open modern offices. We strive to create opportunities for professional and personal growth of our employees. “Gazprom Neft’s stable leadership in the employer rating confirms the relevance of our principles and human-centric approach,” commented Kirill Kravchenko, Deputy General Director for Organizational Affairs.
International HR expert Gohar Ananyan emphasized that what distinguishes the leaders of the rating is that that they work very actively with the market: they form an opinion about themselves as an employer, investing quite a lot of money and effort into the brand. Companies are also ready to develop educational programs to train the necessary specialists.
“There is still a great demand for IT personnel in all areas of business. In the coming years, the manufacturing and agro-industrial sectors will definitely develop in Russia. Also in trend are engineering professions, specialists in the space industry, and bioengineering,” the expert added.
