MOSCOW, Feb. 12 Kansas City Chiefs won San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl, the final American football game of the National Football League (NFL).
The meeting, held in Paradise (Nevada) in the presence of about 72 thousand spectators, ended in overtime with a score of 25:22 (0:0, 3:10, 10:0, 6:9, 6:3). Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was named Super Bowl Most Valuable Player for the third time in his career.
Kansas City won the Super Bowl for the fourth time — the team previously won in 1970, 2020 and 2023. San Francisco won the title five times (1982, 1985, 1989, 1990, 1995).
