MOSCOW, February 10 Thematic lighting with the logo of the Russian presidential election The Federation was turned on at the Ostankino TV tower in Moscow, the correspondent reports.
The original logo was previously published on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation. It is a tricolor in the shape of the letter V and the text “Russian Presidential Elections March 15-17, 2024.”
Earlier, the RTRS press service said that they plan to display the logo on the tower every five minutes from February 10 to March 17. It was also reported that election logos will be displayed on television towers in Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl and other Russian cities. The press service emphasized that this action is not aimed at campaigning for any of the candidates, but at increasing the level of civic consciousness and forming a responsible attitude towards the elections of the head of state.
The Federation Council has scheduled presidential elections for March 17, 2024. Voting will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17.
Four candidates registered by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation are vying for the post of head of state: Leonid Slutsky, Nikolai Kharitonov, Vladislav Davankov and Vladimir Putin.
