The Kalininsky District Court of Novosibirsk arrested a citizen of Tajikistan in the case of hooliganism (clause “b” of part 1 of article 213 of the Criminal Code) and military “fakes” (clause “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the press service of the city courts.
According to the security forces, from February 2022 to April 2024, the man “publicly reported knowingly false information about the goals, methods and progress of a special military operation” in two Novosibirsk shopping centers. In addition, he swore obscenely, insulted Russian women, and condemned the decisions of the Russian government and Vladimir Putin.
Sib.fm reports the man's name — Dalerzhon Archilov. He has lived in Russia since 2012. In 2024, according to the publication, the man applied for Russian citizenship. Information about the persecution of Archilov appeared on March 30.
According to the Investigative Committee, before his arrest he worked at the food market without “the documents necessary for employment.” The publication Infopro54 clarifies that Archilov is a butcher by profession.
