The investigative department of the Investigative Committee for the Tagansky district of Moscow opened a criminal case for the illegal sale of a pistol (clause “a” of part 5 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code) against three residents of the capital. The press service of the department reports this.
According to the Investigative Committee, one man from the group was looking for buyers, while others were preparing weapons. A TASS source clarified that the detainees sold a Luger P08 pistol of 9 mm caliber, produced during the Second World War, receiving 240 thousand rubles for it. According to the agency's interlocutor, the weapon is suitable for shooting.
Muscovites were detained, the Tagansky District Court of the capital will choose a preventive measure for them. Today, April 5, the court registered a case of illegal sale of weapons against three men with the names Bakais, Gromik and Kolokolov. However, they are accused not under point “a”, but under point “c” of Part 5 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code — selling weapons via the Internet.
