MOSCOW, June 15 The director of the singer Instasamka (Daria Zoteeva) Maxim Stolyarov said that due to the fact that the representatives of the actor Stas Yarushin did not respond to the claim for the use of the track «For Money — Yes», they had to be sued.
Earlier, Stas Yarushin used Instasamka's track «For Money — Yes» in his MuzLoft show without the singer's permission and criticized her vocal abilities. 
«We are not familiar with Stas and his representatives… We simply wrote a complaint to Stas, it remained unanswered, they returned it back to us, we had to file a lawsuit. No one asked us for permission to use the track in this show, if they had asked for a license initially, before filming show, then I think we would have given it to her without any problems,» the agency's source said.
He also specified that now, according to the court's decision, the singer must receive 2 million rubles from Yarushin for the illegal use of the track and compensation for all legal costs.
«We haven't received the money yet,» he added.
