Three people were arrested in Frankfurt am Main on charges of working for a foreign intelligence service, the German Prosecutor General's Office reported.
Three detainees were placed under arrest yesterday, June 20. These are Russian citizen Arman S., Ukrainian citizen Robert A. and Armenian citizen Vardges I., the department specified.
According to the prosecution, they came to Germany “on behalf of a foreign secret service to collect information about a person from Ukraine” who was in Frankfurt am Main.
As stated in the press release, on June 19, the accused watched him in one of the cafes. No other details of the case are provided.
